Sledding at Grandma's Cabin

Up to Grandma Richards Cabin for sledding! We had a lot of fun playing in the snow. The kids would get soaking wet, come in the cabin and get their stuff dried and go back out again.

Little Miss Sassy Pants is 5!

Ella got 4 shots. So sad, but now she is done until she is 12!

Emma's growing up. . . .

So, this is kind of disgusting but I have had to look at Emma's mouth like this for months! Doesn't it look painful? When we went into the dentist for our 6 month check up we finally got those baby teeth pulled since they wouldn't come out for us. Emma has officially lost all her baby teeth now! Wahoo! I guess that means that braces will be coming next, well, when we have 5k to cough up! (probably not anytime soon though) If it was up to Emma we would be doing it now.

Emma also started wearing glasses full time instead of just for reading. She looks so much older with them on. Where did the time go??

First day of Scouts!

Now that Ethan is 8 he gets to start Scouts. He was so very excited to be able to go to Scouts. He has 2 awesome leaders and the boys his age in our ward are so much fun. The first day he got to go he told us he couldn't wait to put on his scout "costume". He sure can make us laugh!

When he got home he couldn't stop talking about how much fun he had and couldn't wait for the next week.

Ella's 5th Birthday!

Ella is now 5, you know what that means? My baby isn't a baby anymore. :( Ella was so kind to help me decorate her button cupcakes. We had her friends come over for cupcakes and ice cream. We played musical chairs and pin the cherry on the cupcake. It was fun to watch the girls play the games. She received lots of girly things like Barbie's, earrings & a cupcake necklace from us. Her grandparents gave her Lego's and money.

Ethan's 8th Birthday!

WOW! My little boy is 8 now. I can't believe he has gotten so big. We had his friends over for some cake and ice cream and a scavenger hunt. Even though it was cold outside everyone still had a good time. He received some great presents, one of them being a new bike from us and some Lego's and money from Grandparents.
