Our Family Temple Sealing

On July 25th, our 11 year wedding anniversary, Nathan and I were sealed to each other and our children for time and all eternity. What an awesome day it was, I can't even put it in words how special and emotional it was for us. Our kids looked so beautiful and pure in their white temple clothes. The ceremony was short but Ella had a hard time standing there. She was too busy asking Grandma Richards if she had any candy.
I would like to thank everyone who supported us going to the temple and for all those that participated in our Temple Sealing and reception. We have great family and friends. We really appreciate everyones love and support.

Summer S'mores

We had Nathan's parents and grandparents in town for our Temple Sealing so we bought a fire pit to make some s'mores. They were very good but very messy as you can see below.

Ella couldn't get the snaps to work, so she got out the hammer.

Ethan got bored waiting for fireworks.

4th of July weekend

Nathans parents came into town Thursday afternoon with the kids' cousin, Cody. We ended up ordering some pizza from Pizza Pipeline ( I used a gift certificate I bought off of Restaurants.com. It was a $25.00 certificate that I bought it for @2.00. So dinner was pretty much free.) and went to Ann Morrison Park to play and feed the ducks. It was perfect weather to play. The parks in Boise are so nice with the big trees. Nothing like the super hot tree-less parks in Meridian. The last time we went and feed the ducks Ella was pretty freaked out but this time she was loving it. I think everyone had a good time.

On Monday morning Nathan's parents took Emma and Ethan back to Oregon for a couple weeks. They will be back in time for our family sealing on July 25th in the Boise Temple. So the last couple days has been pretty quiet around here with just Ella.

OMG, the Jonas Brothers!!!!1

On June 26th, Emma, her friend Quincy and me (Dad) went to see the Jonas Brothers in concert.

We had some pretty high up seats, but the kids didn't mind. They could at least tell them all apart, but I couldn't.

The kids were pretty psyched about it - getting all goofy and chatty in the line, telling me we should have left later so we didn't have to wait so long, then screaming every time someone thought they saw the JB's (kid named moniker). However, I'm sure you could guess how I felt about the event.

Overall, the concert was fairly good, lots of stuff going on and the kids got to jump up and down and sing along with all the songs, so I guess they really enjoyed it. I think Emma even said I was the best dad ever. :)

Spending time with Great Grandma & Grandpa Oni at Dinosaur Park

Ella and Ethan loved going on the 4 wheeler with great grandpa

Ella swinging with Aunt Taresa

Ella was pretty freaked out for the first couple minutes. The park had speakers hidden in the trees that made it sound like the dinosaurs were growling and walking around.
What a cute picture!

My new Washer & Dryer

After waiting for 4 weeks, I finally got my washer & dryer.
Nathan put in new flooring and installed the new appliances. He is the best!

We love summer time . . .

We had some of the cousins, Delaney & Harper, over
for some swimming. $10.00 pool = lots of fun!
